This is an infographic that I illustrated and designed for a class project. I thought of this idea because it was near November, and I remembered having hot pot at a restaurant with my college roommates a couple of weeks prior. Hot pot is also a dish that has become a Thanksgiving tradition for my family, and I thought it would be an interesting dish to introduce to those who may not know about it.
